Before arriving in New Delhi you must make an advance hotel booking to avoid the peak season rush during the month of December. Listed below are a few hotels where you can book rooms, with approximate rates. You can either book directly by contacting the hotel, or (in case you need assistance) contact the conference manager of FSTTCS 2014 for help.

Participants who are not Indian nationals need a visa to enter the country. In case you need an invitation letter for your visa application, please write to fsttcs2014@gmail.com.

We have a very small pool of subsidised accommodation for Indian participants (people working/studying in India). Please write an email to fsttcs2014@gmail.com before November 15, 2014 to apply for these. We have IIT Hostel accommodation for student participants and IIT Delhi Faculty Guest House (single: INR 2000 per night, double: INR 2500 per night) and ICGEB Guest house (double: INR 1000 per night) for non-student participants.

We have limited funds for travel only for students at Indian Universities/Institutes who will be presenting their paper at FSTTCS. Please write to fsttcs2014@gmail.com to apply for this funding.
